What type of ads does SRAX serve?

We offer display, mobile, desktop video, mobile video and, through our in-house customizable SRAX App product, in-app ad units.

What fill rate can I expect from SRAX?

The best way to predict the fill rate you can achieve is to consider the quality of your inventory. With quality inventory supplied by owned and operated websites from large market geographies our fill rate is 99.5%. If you are supplying network inventory, late calls and small market geos, the fill rate can range from 50% to 80%.

What is the average eCPM I can expect?

Our average eCPMis determined by the quality of traffic you are sending, including the geo. It could range from $1.10 to $3.50. As you know, high quality US traffic will earn the highest eCPMs.

What advertisers can I expect to see with SRAX?

SRAX works with Fortune 1000 companies and the biggest programmatic buyers. Approximately 30% to 50% of our ads are directly from individual advertisers and agencies.

How long does it take to receive my tags after I have signed up for SRAX?

You should expect to receive your tags within 48-72 hours after you have completed the sign-up process.

What are your payment terms?

With our revenue sharing model, publishers take 70% of the revenues generated from their inventory, while we keep 30%. We make payment every 30 days (NET30), although we’re willing to discuss terms for interesting opportunities. Payments are made via ACH, Wire or Paypal and must meet a minimum of $10 ($150 for international wire)

How can I monitor my performance?

When you sign up with SRAX you have access to a powerful dashboard. From your dashboard you can customize your reporting based on multiple factors from geo to ad unit or product type.

How can I reach someone at your office?

Our sales reps and account managers are reachable by phone, Skype or email. We will respond within 1-2 hours during our business hours of 9-6 M-F and 4-8 hours outside of business hours.
